These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WeSignIt Signature platform, including related web applications, Outlook add-ins, Microsoft 365 integrations, APIs, identity flows, administrative tools, and support services provided by Wesignit.
By accessing, installing, enabling, administering, or using WeSignIt Signature or any related Wesignit service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.
WeSignIt Signature is a business software service designed to manage and apply email signatures and related identity, branding, compliance, and policy controls across Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook Desktop, Outlook on the web, Outlook for iOS, and Outlook for Android, where supported.
The service may include features such as tenant onboarding, user and shared mailbox signature management, policy-based template selection, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph integration, authentication and identity services, logging, telemetry, caching, and administrative controls.
The service is intended for business and organizational use. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
If you administer a tenant or deploy the add-in for users within your organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to do so and that your organization’s internal policies permit such deployment and use.
Certain features of WeSignIt Signature may require tenant-level onboarding, Microsoft 365 administrative approval, explicit consent for delegated permissions, explicit consent for application permissions, or both.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The service depends in part on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Outlook clients, and related Microsoft services. Availability, behavior, and compatibility may be affected by Microsoft platform changes, service outages, product limitations, tenant configuration, licensing, security settings, API changes, consent status, or client support differences.
Wesignit is not responsible for failures or limitations caused by third-party services, customer-controlled tenant settings, client-side restrictions, unsupported Microsoft hosts, or delays in Microsoft deployment, provisioning, or policy propagation.
You agree to:
You may not use the service to:
Wesignit may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its customers, or third parties.
Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Wesignit processes data as necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service, including account identifiers, tenant identifiers, mailbox-related metadata, policy data, template data, telemetry, and logs, as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable service documentation.
Where applicable, the customer remains the controller or business customer for organizational data, and Wesignit acts as a service provider or processor to the extent required by applicable law and contract.

Wesignit implements reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the service. However, no system or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Wesignit cannot guarantee absolute security.
You remain responsible for the security of your Microsoft 365 tenant, your endpoints, your administrators, your email environment, and your internal access management practices.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription, license, order form, enterprise agreement, trial, or other commercial arrangement with Wesignit. Pricing, billing terms, seat counts, contract periods, renewal terms, and feature entitlements, if applicable, are governed by the relevant commercial agreement or order form.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unpaid or expired subscriptions may result in reduced functionality, suspension, or termination of access to paid features.
Wesignit and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, code, designs, workflows, documentation, trade names, trademarks, logos, service marks, and related intellectual property rights.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement, Wesignit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during the authorized subscription or access period.
You retain ownership of your templates, branding assets, text, and other content you provide to the service. You grant Wesignit a limited right to host, process, display, transmit, and use such content solely as necessary to provide and support the service.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, or feedback, Wesignit may use them without restriction or obligation, provided that doing so does not identify you or disclose your confidential information beyond what is permitted by law or contract.
Wesignit may modify, improve, update, replace, or discontinue features of the service from time to time. We may also release beta, preview, pilot, or early-access features that are provided “as is” and may be changed or removed at any time.
Preview or beta features may be subject to additional limitations and may not be suitable for production or regulated use unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Wesignit may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, if:
You may stop using the service at any time. Tenant administrators may also remove the add-in, revoke permissions, or disable access within their Microsoft 365 environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Wesignit disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Wesignit does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every Microsoft client, device, host, tenant configuration, or custom environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wesignit and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wesignit’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to Wesignit for the affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) if no fees were paid.
