Templates, rules and scope are administered from one control surface.

Coverage Desktop, web and mobile

One product model across supported Outlook clients.

Overview

Modern Outlook signature governance.

WeSignIT Signature is a Microsoft Outlook add-in for centrally governed email signature management. It applies governed signature behavior at compose time under tenant-defined policy, with centralized administration and controlled template lifecycle.

  • 1 Policy-led behavior. Signature decisions are driven by governed rules rather than unmanaged local editing.
  • 2 Administrative control. Templates and operating rules are managed centrally.
  • 3 Enterprise fit. Designed for direct enterprise use and managed service provider environments.
Positioning

Built for governed environments.

The platform is intended for organizations that need controlled signature behavior across users, domains, business scopes and supported Outlook hosts. The emphasis is governance consistency, not local customization as the primary operating model.

Deployment

Delivered as a modern Outlook add-in.

WeSignIT Signature uses a Microsoft 365 and Outlook add-in delivery model. Configuration, enforcement logic and template governance are administered from the WeSignIT platform.

  • 1 Microsoft 365 aligned. Tenant context and Microsoft identity form the basis of deployment and governance.
  • 2 Centralized administration. Templates, rules and controls are maintained from a single administrative surface.
  • 3 Compose-time control. Signature behavior is governed where email is composed, not only after transport processing.
Infrastructure

Centralized SaaS control plane.

The platform operates as a centralized SaaS environment with tenant isolation, policy-based administration and audit-oriented operation. It supports both direct enterprise deployment and delegated administration models used by service providers.

Hosts

Supported Outlook hosts.

  • • Outlook for Windows
  • • New Outlook for Windows
  • • Outlook on the web
  • • Outlook for Mac
  • • Outlook for iOS
  • • Outlook for Android
Behavior model

One product model across heterogeneous clients.

Microsoft Outlook surfaces remain heterogeneous at the client layer. WeSignIT is engineered to preserve one governance model across supported hosts while accounting for host-level UI and runtime differences.

Operating characteristics

Notable platform behavior.

  • A Governance continuity. Policy posture is intended to remain aligned across supported clients.
  • B Host-specific nuance. Some Outlook surfaces may present UI or refresh differences depending on Microsoft client behavior.
  • C Administrative stability. Those client differences do not change the platform’s central control model.
Documentation scope
